SewDown Nashville: Anna Maria Horner Studio Tour

Wow, what a way to start SewDown Nashville. Anna Maria opened her home and studio for a small gathering and pop up shop.

Walking into her home you are instantly greeted with beautiful color, handmade items and an overall warmth that surrounds you.

The pop up shop was insane! There was fabric flying and some serious buyers scooping up all the bundles.

There was also some good time to meet new friends and socialize. Cheryl from Kansas City MQG and Stephanie (the winner of #savoreachstitch contest on Instagram) pictured below.

What a fun experience to roam around Anna Maria’s studio. It was tempting to go through all that fabric! There most certainly were some coveted out of print fabrics in there. Everything about the studio made you want to sit down and create.

Everywhere you turned there was inspiration. Below is baby Mary Anna’s room. That chair! That wall! It was all fantastic.

As a special surprise, Anna Maria had her father in-law and friends play a little Blue Grass for us all!

Thank you Anna Maria and family for welcoming us into your home. We all had a great time and went home with fond memories.
